Rugby Borough Council
Caldecott Park is situated in the heart of Rugby town centre and is a well loved park by the residents of the Borough. It offers a wide range of recreational facilities as well as free community events such as Art in the Park, National Playday, Halloween and Carol Singing together with free summer workshops, history talk's, tree walks and bug hunts conducted by the park ranger. It also offers an area for rest and relaxation within the bustling town centre and is well known within the local region for its award-winning floral displays. The park contains two play areas, a multi use sports area and a cafe, bandstand, a sculpture, water feature and mature trees. Volunteers are welcome to help out in the café or generally around the park, or on special event days. The Park has been awarded the green flag staus for the past 4 years and is a testament to all the hard work over the past few years by council staff, external partners and the local community.
