North Warwickshire Borough Council
Piccadilly Sports Field is located immediately to the south-west of the small village of Piccadilly in North Warwickshire. The site comprises two football pitches and a kickabout area and is adjacent to a small play area. The Piccadilly Community Centre, which comprises a community room and sports changing facilities, is located at the eastern end of the site. Together these form the only community facilities in the village. The community room is hired on an annual basis to Piccadilly Community Association. A number of local football clubs hire the pitches on a seasonal basis.
66 miners from 72 homes in the village served in World War I – eight died and are commemorated on a memorial from the Kingsbury Colliery Social Club that now hangs in the Community Centre.
