Wonderful flower displays, Victorian historical fountain, two ponds, a golf course, a community garden and a community cycling hub, its a wonderful place. Holds an annual community festival but used year round for walkers, its children's play area and golfers.

Almondvale Park is a riverside park in the centre of Livingston. It includes a playpark, a world-renowned skatepark, wildflower meadows, riverside viewing platforms, a measured walk and information about all the wildlife that can be found there. Many groups use the park for different activities throughout the year.

Barshaw Park is an oasis with a yachting pond, miniature railway, children's play area, cycle practice area, BMX track, donkeys, walled garden, cafe and ample parking. Also easy to get to without a car, it is on the main bus routes between Glasgow and Paisley.

The Battery Park is at the heart of our local community, its wide open grass area space provides activities like walking running and cycling, it also has sports pitches, play parks, skateboard facilities and an outside gym, not to mention walking dogs and the scenery is breathtaking...

Camperdown Country Park has a golf course, football pitches, a wildlife centre, two large children’s play areas, tennis courts, an array of footpaths and large grassed areas with vast range of mature trees. The park hosts the annual flower and food festival which attract tens of thousands of visitors.
Carlisle Road, Fernigair, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire
This historic park used to be part of the Hamilton Palace Estate. The park has beautiful walks and vistas, and is accessible for all abilities. There is a visitor center and cafe on site too. Entry is free and there is a great play park too.
