Our community's beautiful green space orphaned but makes a positive difference to wellbeing and ecology. It was not adopted by local authorities after the developers folded. A focal point for the community, a little piece of tranquility for all to enjoy. The community have adopted it with love.

Coed Bach Park

Walking through the oak trees is absolutely magical, so much nature. The park has a little something for everyone: short looping wood walks, two tennis courts, bowls, two pitches, a small playground area and a basic BMX track. Well used by the community of dog walkers and fitness enthusiasts.

Beautiful park that is now well used by the community - I love walking through with my dog and hearing the sound of the children playing! It has a cafe, play area, tennis courts, mature trees. It is beautiful!

Cyfarthfa is a park for people of all ages and interests. The sensory garden and meadowlands provide a haven of tranquility. The woodland walks are a delight for dog walkers and nature-lovers. Home to a 'castle', a museum, ball courts and play areas it is a park for all.

Hailey Park

Hailey Park contains a mixture of sports with nature and wildlife. It includes a meadow which is looked after by the Friends of Hailey Park. Being on the Taff Trail means that although you are in the city you can escape into the country. Great for dog walks.

Heath Park

A peaceful green space in the city. As well as children's playground, tennis courts, pitch & putt and sports pitches, there is an amazing woodland area with ponds, bird nesting boxes and a wonderful wildlife habitat. Great place for a dog walk or just a stroll.
