Many of our nation's best loved sports take place in parks and green spaces. Our Summer of Parks has already seen how these spaces are the start of countless sporting journeys and this week we discuss the wide variety of sports which our parks are home to.
The most popular sports in the country all take place in parks and green spaces and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved at grassroots level, whether you're looking for something serious or more recreational. Many clubs will offer taster sessions you can go along to and see if a sport is right for you.
